Can I pick up my order at the store?

You can pick up in store orders made on the website www.tarashandbags.com. This service is available exclusively at the store in Palma de Mallorca.

You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your order to the store. You will have 7 days to collect your order from the reception of this message.

To pick up your order, the sales staff will assist  you when you arrive at the store. You must submit the following:

-the message confirming the arrival of your order to the store (printed or on your phone's screen).

-a document of identity.


Is it possible to appoint a third person to pick up the order in store?


When you place your order, you can designate someone else to pick up your items in store. Enter your first and last name in the appropriate fields and send the message confirming the arrival of your order to the store. By submitting this message, along with an identity card, you can pick up your items.


When will my order be available in store?

You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your order to the store. You will have 7 days to collect your order from the receipt of this message

What forms of payment are accepted on the www.tarashandbags.com website?

How to care for your Tara´s handbag?


We advise you to keep it in the protective bag to avoid moisture, scratches, dust etc.

When it comes to cleaning the leather you can use a basic moisturizer, usually this will only be necessary once a year or when you see that the skin needs to regain its luster. You can apply the cream as if it were your own skin, if left remains wipe with a clean cloth.

The metals should be cleaned with the special cloth that comes in your bag or a similar one and without adding any product to avoid losing the shine.

For the fabric we recommend that you use special products only in case of a stain, otherwise you can use a damp cloth.
