The client agrees to pay upon placing the order. Delivery expenses shall be added to the initial price listed at the website for each of the products on offer at the applicable rates, where appropriate.
In any case, the client will be advised of those rates before completing the purchase. The proof of purchase underlying the purchase order shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the actual client when completing the order form.
The client shall pay the amount shown on the order by credit or debit card payment or PayPal.
TARAS has the highest level of security commercially available in the sector. In addition, the payment procedure runs on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection for the information to be transmitted by 128-bit encryption, which ensures that it will be intelligible only to the client’s and the Website’s computer. Accordingly, use of the SSL protocol guarantees:
-That the client is communicating the data to TARAS’s server center and not to any other purporting to be that center.
- That data is transmitted encrypted between the client and TARAS server center, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.
In addition, TARAS states that it has no access to and therefore does not store confidential data as to the payment means used.
Only ‘Banca March/Paypal’ have access to that data in order to manage payments and collections which are not accessible to other parties.
Once the order has been formalized, so the corresponding conditions are accepted and the purchase process is confirmed, TARAS will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase carried out.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
TARAS will accept cancellations of orders when they are requested before the orders have left our warehouses. In order to carry out the cancellation the client must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the order has been assigned or sent, we will not accept cancellations for operational reasons. If you also want to cancel the order once it has been assigned or left it from our stores, you can proceed following the steps in the Return section.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client has the right to withdraw from the acquisition carried out within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The client will not have the right to desist in case the product is a customized product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that the client notifies TARAS the decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement following:
